If a product does not have a specific warning or recommendation for use with puppies or kittens then it should be ok to use. We recommend consulting with your veterinarian to determine whether this supplement is suitable for puppies and kittens under 6 months of age. I've attached the label for the feeding instructions below:

Eliminate the Green stuff in the Probiotics

I had been using the Bark & Whiskers Digestive enzymes once in a while which seemed to help digestion. I decided to purchase the Probiotics/Enzyme blend, BIG MISTAKE!

I had been using the Bark & Whiskers Digestive enzymes once in a while which seemed to help digestion. I decided to purchase the Probiotics/Enzyme blend, BIG MISTAKE! The cats vomited that green stuff all over and had nausea and vomiting for 2 days. After the vet visit $120 of anti nausea and antibiotics (in case of a bacteria infection) I am no longer using the Probiotics blend. The scooper inside is large so i had assumed that was for dogs, but the product is for both dogs and cats!? I had only used 1/4 of the scooper. PLEASE REMOVE the GREENS from the Probiotics its too much for the cats.

Cats might eat bark and whiskers, and any taste it imparts might grow on them, but for one thing: THE WAY IT LOOKS. Sprinkled atop food, it colors it a blackish green. I got around this in only one way, by mixing well an amount that would fit the tip of a coffee spoon into one packet FortiFlora and sprinkling over food for two cats. FortiFlora tastes so good to them and hides the murky color of bark and whiskers, giving them the very best probiotics and enzymes.
