I wanted to try this food for my ferrets since it seemed very highly recommended. My boys love this stuff, I have it mixed with another kibble and they can't get enough!

It smells really strong, which in turn made my Ferret's urine smell really strong. She also hated it.

    Trying Wysong

By FTLOF on Jul 19, 2018

Trying this on Texas Ferret Lovers Rescue owner Millie. As all ferret owners know ferrets don't usually eat a new food right away. I put small bowls of Wysong in each cage. I have watched and some has disappeared. I will mix it in another food shortly to let them get more of a taste. Then gradually put delete the other food.

ferret took some time to decide it was ok

    By Kata on Jan 20, 2018 top100Contributor

we have a ferret who has been seriously ill for three months. We got this food to switch her to, of course gradually. the ferret reacted with dislike to the slight change, and ate very little the first day. the second day she ate a little more. I am hoping that she will decide she likes it. I have the same problem with my other ferrets they are warming up to the food as slowly as Lily is. Gonna give it another few days and if they decide they like it it will become a permanent diet, if not it wont.
