Not ok for guinea pigs!

This was way too small for 2 Guinea pigs. Also, they shouldn’t stand on wire floors, so the removable tray to catch the waste is useless since we had to add a cover

This was way too small for 2 Guinea pigs. Also, they shouldn’t stand on wire floors, so the removable tray to catch the waste is useless since we had to add a cover for the to stand on. The top shelf is crappy and one of the clips broke immediately. Used it for one day and had to order a different cage that is larger.

But you can’t buy platforms that for sure will work with the cage type. You can’t find liners that work with the cage type due to opening being in the middle, and

You can’t find liners that work with the cage type due to opening being in the middle, and not on the side like most critter nation cages, which there is plenty of liners for this is my first chinchillacage, and I wish I could return it.

Bought this last Christmas, forgot to ever review it though. I bought it for rats, but the bar spacing is 3\4 in spacing and my smaller boys could sneak right between

Bought this last Christmas, forgot to ever review it though. I bought it for rats, but the bar spacing is 3\4 in spacing and my smaller boys could sneak right between the bars, very upsetting as it was supposed to be a size upgrade for them. In the end i added some hardware cloth and its useable and its become my mainstay, but i do wonder if it would be worth paying for a 1-level version in the future as well, to make it 3 stories tall.

Love it for the pets and they love it too! Hardly takes up any more space than the single level cage. We just threw out, but they have so much more room away from

Very nice cage but not for rats! Bars are too far apart

Got this cage for my daughter’s new pet rats. Cage is very well made and was easy to put together - just have to be aware of making sure you are holding the pieces

Got this cage for my daughter’s new pet rats. Cage is very well made and was easy to put together - just have to be aware of making sure you are holding the pieces in the right direction for the holes to line up (some pieces look similar but are for specific sides). Would not recommend for rats. The bars are spaced too far apart along the sides. Our rats escaped within 5 minutes, and we had to order another cage.
