Great metal pen
I was very surprised how sturdy it is. I read reviews that people thought the directions were confusing or it was hard to put together but I didn’t have any issues

It’s time consuming cause it need so many zip ties but it came out great, just what I needed for 6 foster kittens that need to be quarantined. I ended up with an extra door (comes with 3) and two walls and a bunch of connections pieces and zip ties. I like it comes with non slip pads for anyone that might have it on hardwood floors.

Don't waste your money!
I bought this playpen as a nighttime crate for my kitten, and I have to say I regret it. It is cheaply made, the plastic pieces you must use to assemble are flimsy

It is cheaply made, the plastic pieces you must use to assemble are flimsy and crack, and the mechanism you must use to open and close it is tedious! They give you two metal pieces that you must squeeze to open and are almost impossible to use. The price caught my eye, but I guess you get what you pay for. It was a disappointment and I was floored at how cheap it was.

This is not worth the money. Yes, it works (once you get it put together) but it is difficult to put together. The instructions are not clear. The video is only partially helpful. The latter in the kit is pointless. And the picture is not an accurate depiction as the cats are not to scale. We have a one-year-old cat and she is almost too big for this "playpen". The only thing that keeps it from coming apart is the supplied zip ties. If you don't use the zip ties, it will come apart or you will constantly be reattaching panels. The only reason I gave it two stars is that is works as long as you leave it alone. Our cat hates it.
Not warm
The only way to feel any heat is too be touching it which then u get burned. I do not recommend. Its not warm enough

Terrible put together with zip ties and cheap connections
The locks are legit a 3 pack of diy key chain clasps and it is put together with a bunch of zip ties and cheap connectors. Literally worse than an IKEA item to put

Literally worse than an IKEA item to put together took me 4 hours kept falling apart. The top and bottom teirs are made of trapper keeper thin plastic super cheap. On the bottom litter falls through because the design does not make all the pieces fit together tightly there's about an inch where litter falls through so you're definitely going to have to get a litter mat for under the crate/condo. Other than that it serves it's purpose but definitely a pain to put together an extremely cheap product.not chewys fault at all though.just beware pick something else I promise you will be disappointed with this.

Loved it!
I was on pins and needles til this crate came in. It was easy to assemble and I was able to tweak it a little to work for my babies. It's very roomy for my 3 sisters

This item is definitely well worth the price. I will be purchasing only this type crate from now on. Awesome product!!!
