Can I buy a replacement bladder for a ZenCollar?

What are the neck sizes for the different sizes

The X-Small size collar fits neck sizes Less than 6 inches, the Small size fits neck sizes 6-10 inches, the Medium size fits neck sizes 10-13 inches, the Large size fits neck sizes 13-18 inches, the X-Large size fits neck sizes 18-22 inches, and the XX-Large size fits neck sizes greater than 22 inches.

Are they able to reach their front paws with this on? My dog has a wound on the top of his front paw, he will bend a regular cone to get to it.

The recovery should prevent your pet from reaching their paw, however it'd depend on the length and how flexible they are.

Will I be able to hook his leash on his collar with this on?

It may be uncomfortable to use a leash with this product. We recommend walking your pet with a harness while using this ZenCollar.

Simple to use

And comfortable for our dog. Bought this for an upcoming surgery and it's sooo much better than the cone of shame! It does take a bit of time to blow up by mouth,

Material is nice and thick, thus seems durable. Size is as stated and fits our giant breed comfortably.

Not good for larger dogs

This collar definitely worked, inflated fine and stayed inflated and was comfortable. However my husky was able to reach her back leg where her wound was and so

However my husky was able to reach her back leg where her wound was and so I had to resort to a plastic clear cone instead. She couldn’t reach her belly as easily or her front legs, so it does limit her reach but she is long and was able to reach her back legs.

Sizing is off

Our 55 lb dog required a Large. Her collar, laid straight out, excluding the buckle, measured 14 inches and the Medium was too small.

A HUGE improvement over traditional E-collars!

My dog and I love the comfort that he experiences while wearing this recovery collar. He will be having surgery in a couple months and i have been putting this

My dog and I love the comfort that he experiences while wearing this recovery collar. He will be having surgery in a couple months and i have been putting this on him periodically to get him used to it. He actually seems to like sleeping with this as a neck pillow:) He doesn't catch it on furniture or doorways. He's big so his e-collar would not even fit in the backseat of my small car. This collar is sturdy, comfortable, and we both love it. Thanks ZENPET (and Chewy)!

I thought that it would be much more comfortable than the hard plastic cone.

It would not inflate. Very disappointed and apparently this is a consistent problem with this product
