I have a Norwegian elkhound that has red, inflamed testicles. Would this work for him from licking?

This inflatable collar is designed to restrict a dogs ability to reach their body with their mouth. With the correct size, your dog may be unable to chew or lick their legs. It's important to monitor all pets, as some may be able to maneuver around the protective collar to reach the areas they shouldn't.

Worked well after plastic E-collar failed

My 65# pittie mix had a growth removed from an eyelid, and he just was NOT going to do the big plastic e-collar that the vet sent him home with. He either crashed

My 65# pittie mix had a growth removed from an eyelid, and he just was NOT going to do the big plastic e-collar that the vet sent him home with. He either crashed through the house like a wrecking ball or stood stock still and shook and drooled. There was no in between, and this went on for several hours before I gave up and took it off. Chewy delivered the King collar quickly, and he took to it like a duck to water. No issues, although it took him a bit to figure out how to lay his head down to sleep. But honestly, it was night and day. I gave it a four because the plastic flap in the inflation tube would not allow air to enter, and I had to poke some holes in it before I could blow it up. I was able to do so without puncturing the tube, but I would have preferred not to have to had mess with it. Once I got it to take air, we were home free. I like the fact that it deflates and slips back into the box. It's on the shelf now in case we need it again--I'll never put him in one of the plastic cones again. (He used a large, by the way--I see the review is for and X-small.)

Didn’t work

I really wanted this to work after our puppy’s neuter surgery so he wouldn’t need to wear a cone. Unfortunately, as soon as we put it on he was able to bend and

I really wanted this to work after our puppy’s neuter surgery so he wouldn’t need to wear a cone. Unfortunately, as soon as we put it on he was able to bend and reach his incision site. We measured accurately and followed the directions. We ended up getting a recovery suit instead. Very disappointing.

Works Okay -- Not Great for Long Dogs

I bought a size medium for our 16lb (13in neck) chiweenie and it was definitely tight. We had to leave a 3-4in gap with the velcro. The diameter of the large size

I bought a size medium for our 16lb (13in neck) chiweenie and it was definitely tight. We had to leave a 3-4in gap with the velcro. The diameter of the large size (15in) Cloud Collar would have been far too big, as the medium (10in) already almost touched the floor on our dog. It would be nice to have more sizes to choose from. We used the Cloud Collar in addition to a Suitical shirt because our chiweenie is long and could still reach his neuter incisions with the Cloud Collar alone. Overall, it was far better than the E-Collar from the vet. The removable cover is also nice, and we didn't have any trouble with it deflating after 24/7 wear for 9 days.

Seemed well made, durable

But Dash was able to get it off over his head by dragging it across the arm of a chair, collar and all. He will do anything to pick his chest

Amazing

this is the best collar ever! my dog never minded wearing it and was able to drink and eat without any issues. playing and just every day activities were not a

this is the best collar ever! my dog never minded wearing it and was able to drink and eat without any issues. playing and just every day activities were not a problem either. I think what help is I put it on my pet a few times increasing the time she had it on so she got used to it before she had surgery. it is a MUST HAVE and you will never go back to a hard plastic cone.

Looses air

The fit is great. More comfortable for my dog. Within one day it loses air and doesn’t keep my dog from his surgical area. I can’t keep blowing it up every day.

The seam of the blown up plastic would have cut into my dogs throat

Very very disappointed since this was a Kong product. I already own one years old that works perfect. Just wanted a backup. Cheaply made. Threw it away

it is easy to use although it is not easy getting him to use it ! ha !! he is sort of getting used to it I plan to use it for vet visits so that he cannot snap
