These chews are not proven safe for pregnant or breeding dogs, so they are not recommended. It is best to check with a veterinarian.

This supplement works when it is fed to the dog whose stool is being consumed. These chews contain a controlled-release form of capsicum to give your pup’s poo a nasty taste, discouraging him and other dogs from eating it. This is not made for cats to ingest. It does contains probiotics and five digestive enzymes to support digestive motility, gut flora and regularity in case your dog does eat some.

My dog was from a rescue. Part Beagle so he has an extremely sensitive nose for finding food or anything else that has a scent he's interested in. When I first got him I caught him eating his own poop. Disgusting! I tried some other chews that were supposed to keep him from doing that. He refused to eat those chews. I tried Zesty Paws and he liked them. No longer eats poop. Thank you Zesty Paws and Chewy!

Did nothing for her I had all my dogs on this. It seemed like it made her want to eat the poop more. It was like it was more interesting then without it.

Tucker really enjoyed eating, same as a delicious treat.

My Griffin will not hardly eat these. I've tried various ways to get him to accept them. So it's really no way to know if they would be effective. They don't seem to be. From the description being "chew" I thought they would be soft chews, but it's my fault for making that error. Had I realized, I would have looked for something the is soft. He's a little Morkie and the size of ithese are hard for him to chew, which could very likely be the reason for him to dislike them. I plan to look for an alternative that Chewy may have Someone else's fur baby may love them. Thank you.
