The Zilla Bark Blend Reptile Bedding & Litter is good for Blue Tongue Skinks in addition to Bearded Dragon, Boas, Chameleon, Colubrid, Corn Snake, Crested Gecko, Frog, Gecko, Greek Tortoise, Hermann's Tortoise, Hermit Crab, Iguana, Insect, King Snake, Lizard, Milk Snake, Millipedes, Newt, Pacman Frog, Pythons, Red Barn Toad, Red-Footed Tortoise, Roaches, Russian Tortoise, Savanna Monitor, Scorpion, Snake, Spider, Tarantula, Tegu, Toad, Tomato Frog, Tortoise, Tree Frogs, Water Dragon, Anole, Aquatic Turtle, Asian Box Turtle, Ball Python, and Arrow/Dart Frogs.

This Bedding and Litter is not suitable for Leopard Geckos.

Can this be used for young Leopard tortoises? Does this bark contain toxic oils??

This substrate may be used for young Leopard tortoises. Be sure to feed them from a large shallow dish to avoid any accidental bedding ingestion.

I’m using this like a planting park to top dress my potted plants and it’s working pretty well. However, there are quite a few of sharp long pointy pieces which

I’m using this like a planting park to top dress my potted plants and it’s working pretty well. However, there are quite a few of sharp long pointy pieces which I don’t like to handle. But it seems like a decent bark. I bought it because it said it had been kiln dried, and that made it sterilized. Cheaper than orchid bark.

Good substrate

For the price, this was a good buy. Using with various critters. Pieces are fairly large, did not see any 'dust sized' pieces.
