One worked

I bought 2 and one worked but the other did not at all. Wouldn't recommend unless this is the only ceramic bulb that is compatible with your heater.

Works as intended

Works as intended. I use in inside a small enclosure for my ball python hatchling for overnight heat and it keeps the perfect temp for her.

Mini ceramic che bulbs

My ball phythons tank in under a low cabinet and so, no space for heat lamps or lights. These have been on my tank for over a year and got my boy through some cold

My ball phythons tank in under a low cabinet and so, no space for heat lamps or lights. These have been on my tank for over a year and got my boy through some cold winters in an rv trailer. No insulation. Thank you Zilla. There were no other options for me at that time and these were a literal life saver!

I was excited to receive this item. However, when I plugged it into my lamp, nothing happened. I even tried leaving it on for extended periods or trying to plug

I was excited to receive this item. However, when I plugged it into my lamp, nothing happened. I even tried leaving it on for extended periods or trying to plug it in the opposite way. I really wanted this to work. I was hoping it was just the lamp, but said lamp is currently heating my tank with a halogen bulb just fine. How is it supposed to “outlast” other bulbs when you receive already broken?

Works Great for a Few Weeks

I have two of these bulbs on top of my hedgehogs cage that I purchased 3 months ago. One burned out within the first 3 weeks and the second has just bit the dust

I have two of these bulbs on top of my hedgehogs cage that I purchased 3 months ago. One burned out within the first 3 weeks and the second has just bit the dust today. I don't want to keep replacing bulbs every 3 months, so I'll be switching to something else.

Most CHE bulbs and fixtures are bulky and kind of obnoxiously positioned above or around a habitat. We just didn't love the look or the limitations that a large,

Most CHE bulbs and fixtures are bulky and kind of obnoxiously positioned above or around a habitat. We just didn't love the look or the limitations that a large, bulky fixture put on our hedgehog habitat. We LOVE the Zilla bulbs and fixtures for being low-profile and simple to set up so that they do the work without being so in-your-face. And these little bulbs do the work! We ordered two of these bulbs and two Zilla fixtures, but we had some trouble with one bulb/fixture. Chewy customer service was wonderfully helpful and replaced the bulb and fixture very quickly. Otherwise, the products are great. I highly recommend Zilla's heating equipment, especially these awesome minimalist bulbs. We will definitely be using Zilla bulbs and fixtures for the foreseeable future!
