After it's opened, can I transfer the snails to a different container and freeze them? My skink wouldn't eat more than 4 or 5 a week so I don't want to waste an almost full can

The size of the can

I got this for my red eared sliders nothing wrong with the snails, they had a lot but for 6$ respectfully no. I only paid 75 cents thankfully I do know that snails

I only paid 75 cents thankfully I do know that snails are expensive so I don’t know this might be good but 6$ is kind of insane my turtles loved them though and I love ordering from chewy! So don’t be stupid like me and check the size.

Shinobu, my pink tongued skink, is very picky with food. She won’t eat anything that isn’t Repashy’s or freeze dried, but I decided to try snails, which are part of their wild diet. She went nuts for them, it’s definitely the most enthusiastic I’ve seen her with food. There were also a lot of snails, more than she could eat alone. Was definitely worth the money will buy again.

I bought these for my cuban false chameleon. He had 0 interest in them. He wouldn’t even lick it. I may purchase again for my box turtle as i am exploring different
