This lamp can be used to provide enough light for Bearded Dragons. This fixture does not include bulbs but each socket is safe to use with bulbs up to 100 watts. We recommend monitoring the thermometer in your tank. The basking area should range from 95 to 105 degrees Fahrenheit. The cooler area needs to be about 80 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
is this fixture safe for use over an aquatic turtle tank?

The mini combo deep dome can be used over an aquatic turtle tank as long as it is not close enough to get splashed by the turtle.
Is it ONLY compatible with bulbs listed? I have a UVB bulb and a red heat bulb I wanted to use with it.

Although recommended to be used with the Zoo Med bulbs, similar reptiles bulbs can be used. This light fixture is made for UVB, 24-hour heat lamps and daylight lamps, with no assembly or set up needed.
