does this come with some sort of way to stick this to the back of a tank?

The cork tile background does not come with anything to attach it with. They are designed to be placed inside the tank on the back of the glass, we typically use aquarium silicon here to glue them onto the back glass inside the glass.
Can I use this for my bearded dragon tank can they see their reflection through this background

This background is suitable for use with bearded dragons. It is made of cork material so it would not provide a reflection.
Is this item actual cork on the sweet gum tree barn with cork on the underside ?top sized as well? It looks like

This tile is natural cork bark.
Can you used underwater

The cork tile is not water proof, it will become water logged and need to be replaced over time.
