can I adjust the temperature?

Can this heater be used out of water? Like a heat fan for and incubator?

This heater is designed for use in water in aquatic habitats only. It is equipped with a safety shut-off feature that turns the heating element off if the heater is exposed to air.

Can this be used in a plastic tub?

As long as the plastic tub has the right amount of water for the heater you are using, you can use the paludarium heater in a plastic tub. The 25-watt is for up to 7 Gallons of Water, the 50-watt is for up to 15 Gallons of Water, and the 100-watt is for up to 30 Gallons of Water.

Can you use more than one for larger tanks?

I love everything about this heater. The design is nice, doesn't take up alot of room and my turtle doesn't mess with it like he did his other heater. It heats

I love everything about this heater. The design is nice, doesn't take up alot of room and my turtle doesn't mess with it like he did his other heater. It heats the water to the perfect temperature and keeps it that way. My little guy is much more active and happier because his water temperature is better regulated. Will definitely be ordering another one for my other turtle.

Being concerned with this heater is longevity. I’ve only had it for two weeks, so I cannot comment on that. However, I do like the solid construction, and the ability to control the temperature. The temperature display on the heater indicating the current temperature is also a great feature. I’m using it to heat a terrarium with a low water level, so it’s low profile and ability to sit on the bottom of the tank is perfect.
