How long should I leave the lights on for? Is there I can leave on 24/7?

In general, the "daytime" lights (that is, the basking and UVB lights) should only be kept on for 10 - 12 hours a day. When the daytime light is not on, either a night light or no light at all should be used.
Could I use this fixture for a baby green anole?

This heating light kit is intended to use with All Reptiles, Aquatic Turtles, Lizards, and Snakes.
How would u attach this to an aquarium? Our current lamps have a clamp to attach to the side

This lamp can be rested atop a high screen top, hung over an aquarium, or used with the Zoo Med Reptile Lamp Stand.
Can this be used with a ceramic heat bulb that stays on 24/7 during cold months?

The ceramic heat emitter cannot be used in the mini combo dome that comes in the lighting kit. The ceramic heat emitter can only be used in the Zoo Med wire cage clamp lamp LF-10. The heat emitter when used in the double dome can cause damage to the fixture.
