Does it come with bulbs?

The Paludarium hood does not come with any bulbs, those have to be purchased separately.
does this run off of one power cord

Both models of the Paludarium hoods LF-56 and LF-57, run off a single power cord.
What size of bulbs will I need to purchase?

This hood can hold one PALUDARIUM 3-in-1 lamp or one incandescent heat lamp up to 60 watts (e.g. Zoo Med’s Daylight Blu or Nightlight Red Reptile Bulbs).
Would this work for a 10 gallon tank for a leopard gecko?

This is designed to be compatible with the Zoo Med Paludariums and Naturalistic Terrariums and can be used for most reptiles.
