I requested all deliveries to my front door deck. There have been times when it isn't done, just put next to my garage. My front deck is protected with a roof, providing less problems with inclement weather. I hope all my deliveries are placed correctly. I do my best to make sure the brief walkway is clear. Thank you

Its obvious if you read the description that it's meant for something other than the aerodog device, but I purchased it anyways thinking maybe a description mix up was occurring because I was informed to get the medicine and device from the website by my vet but when I checked, this was the only option available so I anticipated surely this was it, but no it's not. You need a different form. I'm still in the midst of getting it figured out.

We purchased an Aerodawg inhaler from you folks. I search on your site for medication to use in it and your site recommended the albuterol solution. WE purchased the two because our dog had a pulmonary disorder and we thought we could use them in an emergency. That emergency came, our dog was struggling to breath. We took out the Aerodawg and medication but there was no way to use the medication with the apparatus. We discovered what was needed was the meds in a plastic inhaler to fit into the end of the Aerodawg. My husband rushed to our pharmacy but was told we needed a prescription. It was Saturday and our vet was closed. We ended up having to put our dog to sleep because he struggled to breath for 4 hours. It was horrible for us and him.
