I had hoped my Dog Ernie would take his time chewing on them, he had it chewed up under a minute. I think I need to find some he can't chew so quick, because I thought the point of a dental stick is to clean their teeth, but when you have a silly dog who devours them in no time flat, his teeth aren't getting a chance of cleaning. Other than that, he loved the flavor!

I don't have any issues with the quality or ingredients. My dog likes them. He ate one every day for about 3 months. They don't really work. He still had a lot of

I don't have any issues with the quality or ingredients. My dog likes them. He ate one every day for about 3 months. They don't really work. He still had a lot of stains and tartar build up on his teeth. I thought maybe that's normal, I can't expect a treat to substitute for regular cleanings. And that is true. However, I just switched him to a different brand this week, and after only 4 days I've noticed a difference. The stains on his back teeth are almost gone, and the tarter buildup on his canines has shrunken. Sorry, but I won't be using these any more.

No chicken!

It is really difficult to find treats, dog food, or dental chews with NO chicken. My dog likes them. It will take time to know how effective they are for teeth cleaning

It is really difficult to find treats, dog food, or dental chews with NO chicken. My dog likes them. It will take time to know how effective they are for teeth cleaning. My vet was amazed how well True Acre cleaned her teeth but it has chicken byproducts in it and she is allergic to chicken so we are trying the AFC version.
