Wow. Once it's on, you have to cut it off. And trying to get it off the roll is difficult to impossible. As I kept trying to find the end to pull it off the roll, it became more and more embedded to the point it was welded to the roll. I finally threw that roll away. The next roll I put a piece of cardboard at the end. So it does work but really a pain.
This wrap is honestly way too self adhesive. If you were perhaps using it to hold gauze for just cushioning and *really* needed it to stay together, it would probably be fine but for wound care it's a no go for us. I've seen duct tape pull apart from itself easier. It made a bandage change into an awful experience for both us and our pup who was recovering from leg surgery as it was impossible to unwrap off his bandage. Other wraps stuck well enough and when it was time to remove, we could loosen an end and gently unwrap it. This stuff seemed to fuse together and was extremely difficult to even try to tear. Our pup did not approve of the extra fiddling we were doing with his sore leg either.
Easy to bandage and help my furry kid from licking his paws.
Works wonderful for bandaging pets leg.
PetFlex is a good quality brand for this type of bandage. Good for use on pets and people. Will purchase this item again.
i have persian cats and this tape doesn't stick to their fur. great for feet to keep them from licking.
Looks like it was exposed to heat during shipping and layers stuck together. Unable to unwrap and use. Waste of time waiting for this to arrive only to have to run out and buy at my local pet store. Save yourself time and just go buy at a local store if you can.
The first time I put this on, it fell off, but when I put it on my kitty again, It stayed on without cutting offer circulation for about 3 days. Taking it off was painful, so consult with a vet before putting this on.
This bandage sticks to itself very well (purple 2 inch). I bought it to try wrapping my little dogs luxating patella knee but there's no anatomy that works to do this on his leg. I'll find another option for that, but it is great tape.
Fuzed together, unable to use. It literally looked like it melted together around the tube.
