Broken bulbs

This is crazy my first set of bulbs I had sent never made it to my house cause the bottom of the tube was open and not sealed. So then I had to order again because

This is crazy my first set of bulbs I had sent never made it to my house cause the bottom of the tube was open and not sealed. So then I had to order again because of being sent an empty package. Not another week later I get this 2 broken bulbs sent and whats crazy they were bubble wrapped and placed in a hard sleeve to protect them. But clearly from the picture you can see the bulbs boxes were bent before they were ever shipped. This is crazy chewy yall should do better especially since I can't find these reptile bulbs any where else.

Didn't work

The packaging was messed up when I got the box it was down in a long cylinder that I'm sure it got bounced around a lot in there and there was no kind of packing

The packaging was messed up when I got the box it was down in a long cylinder that I'm sure it got bounced around a lot in there and there was no kind of packing to keep it from breaking and it doesn't work so I would like to have you send me a new one as soon as possible I really need it if you want the other one back then whoever delivers can pick up the old one or you can send me a shipping label and I'll be happy to ship it back to you
