My lamp says its a E26 lamp. Will this E26 bulb be ok to use in it? I cant find any bulb that says E26.

This can be used with a halogen flood lamp.

Got an 80 watt bulb for my 8.5inch lamp dome. Emits great heat within a 2 feet depth and throughout. Always make sure to use a thermostat with any heat source to control heat emission. Use an infrared thermometer to measure the actual surface temp of things inside the enclosure. Perfect for my BP. (Warm side 85-98F, cool side is 75-80F). I used foil + Foiltape to insulate the top of enclosure to keep the heat and humidity inside.

The bulb worked for about 1-5 minutes then randomly went out!! I made sure to put a different bulb in my lamp to make sure mines wasn’t the problem, and the metal

Keeps nighttime temps up

I got this for nighttime heating for my ball python. (He has a basking bulb for the day.) This gets hooked up to my thermostat and keeps his night temps up even

I got this for nighttime heating for my ball python. (He has a basking bulb for the day.) This gets hooked up to my thermostat and keeps his night temps up even when the room gets cold. These bulbs definitely need to be hooked up to a dimming thermostat, and I suspect those who had them blow out didn't have them set up correctly. I have had a 50 watt one running 24/7 for my leopard gecko for almost 5 years and it's still going strong.

DHP, the best heat source for reptiles.

Reliable and great performance, the snakes love the deep Infrared heat. As a rehabber, I use these exclusively to promote healing of sick or injured reptiles.

Different bulb in picture than what you actually get

Recently got a new tank for my leopard gecko, wish i had looked at the bulbs it would need before i got it because now im trying to find a dhp that uses 220v and

Recently got a new tank for my leopard gecko, wish i had looked at the bulbs it would need before i got it because now im trying to find a dhp that uses 220v and 50w and lo and behold, arcadia 50W e27 bulbs do, which is whats shown in the picture provided, and yet i keep getting sent an e26 bulb, which is NOT rated for 220v, willing to bet thats why the other guys bulb blew. Along with this, every time the bulb has been delivered the package was in HORRIBLE condition. The box was ripped along the side and the tape wasnt even covering the opening. had i known that they were gonna be sending the bulb NOT shown in the pic, i wouldnt have wasted 2 weeks waiting for bulbs that are just gonna blow.
