The manufacturer has stated each piece of the natural cork bark is unique and will be different due to the nature of the product. The sizes are often more based on weight than size and length.

Do they not see their reviews?? Chewy, package your items better!!! The cork piece is fantastic. The packaging and shipping blows!! Mine arrived in 3 pieces, 1 was a hollow tube that was intact but half the length it should have been. One was a small arch, and one was smashed to bits. I put the tube in my gecko's enclosure and that night he was inside it peeking out at the world. Too bad the rest of the piece was obliterated by bad packaging.

Lichens on the wood

The item is nicely natural and pretty, however it did have lichens growing on the wood. Lichens can carry mycotoxins which are heat resistant (can't be baked out)

The item is nicely natural and pretty, however it did have lichens growing on the wood. Lichens can carry mycotoxins which are heat resistant (can't be baked out) and poisonous to small pets. As my pet is a hamster, who chews a lot, this is a hazard. I hope this doesn't seem mean. I'm just trying to be helpful and honest.

I ordered this and looked at the reviews i’ve ordered from chewy no problems ever. well the reviews were 50/50 saying there was mold or something and others saying

Purchased a large but most definitely did not receive a large

My item received with no tag and was definitely not what I ordered. There is no way that this is a large but, I'm going to put in my turtle enclosure anyway just

Best Price You will Find

These are so expensive at any local shops and the quality is usually a log lower. Usually all the good pieces get picked over or broken in shipping. My cork rounds

These are so expensive at any local shops and the quality is usually a log lower. Usually all the good pieces get picked over or broken in shipping. My cork rounds came completely intact, bigger and better than I expected. It was actually so much bigger than I expected that i ended up breaking it in half and using it twice.
