Auto dim feature

I can have it on a regular outlet and it dims at night and slowly ramps up in the morning to give a sunrise/sunset experience.

First of allordered forest 6% not desert 12% as seen in the picture. I messaged customer service and immediately they promised to make it right by having me keep

First of allordered forest 6% not desert 12% as seen in the picture. I messaged customer service and immediately they promised to make it right by having me keep the original order while receiving the proper replacement. By the time this happened the item was out of stock. I was expecting it to go through once the item is in stock but instead the order was canceled. Currently customer service is trying to send me a return label and a box but those lights have been unpacked for weeks now. Hoping that my next email will resolve this problem but this whole situation is frustrating
