Let's see. Seems like the one I got was factory second. Missing a screw and one on the faceplate. The pilots holes in a few places were off and the pilot holes separated the laminate in several places, marring the look and the instructions were poor. Fortunately the assembly is pretty self explanatory and we were able to put together. They will work, but I'd have paid more for better fit and finish. Would put pic but Chewy says too large with no instructions on limit. Be better Chewy, this is a phone camera.

This was one of my best purchases and a great addition to my cat play wall. They've been up for 3 years now and have stood up to daily jumping, sleeping, and playing from multiple cats without budging even one bit. As you can see, the cats are quite happy with them. Sturdy and easily paintable if you prefer. The mats stay in place nicely but also pull out easily to wash them if needed. The only thing that was not so great was the included wall anchors, they're fairly lightweight. If you have one or two smaller kitties, the anchors that come with it might be fine but I have a house full of rescues including energetic kittens as well as some chonky boys, and these things see a LOT of use on the wall. I picked up heavy-duty 100 pound wall anchors and that did the trick. Attaching to at least one stud is preferable, but that wouldn't work for me where I wanted it to go so mine is attached with the anchors only and not to a stud. The pieces are on the heavy side and installing them is not really a one-person job, so have someone else help. Measure carefully first where you want them to go, hold them tight against the wall then mark the holes with a pencil for exact drilling. Install the anchors and then have the piece held against the wall again while you tighten the screws to attach.

Easy to install! Great quality materials and very sturdy! We did buy beefier anchors because some of our cars are more robust. Our cats love these.
