Chips, not true sunflower hearts!

These are not true sunflower hearts as advertised. They are clearly fractured sunflower heart chips. If I wanted sunflower chips, I could have purchased them elsewhere

These are not true sunflower hearts as advertised. They are clearly fractured sunflower heart chips. If I wanted sunflower chips, I could have purchased them elsewhere for a lower price. I won't be reordering this item.

Not consistent when ordering

These sunflower seeds are not consistent in that sometimes they are full sunflower hearts and some times they are chips. I don't want chips, I want full sunflower

This is good if you can have it in a feeder that doesn’t get the elements. If it gets a little wet it turns to mush and clogs up the feeder

All Wild birds love it!

NO messy shells that pile up on the ground. Expensive, but to me it's worth it, Birds love it (nothing left over) and it's a nice product. Fresh.

Inaccurate Description, they are finely ground sunflower heart chips

The packaging and descriptions says sunflower hearts however they are they are chips or finely ground sunflower hearts. When purchasing them I specifically looked

The packaging and descriptions says sunflower hearts however they are they are chips or finely ground sunflower hearts. When purchasing them I specifically looked at the description to make sure they were hearts and not chips. They are no full hearts, they are chipped into quarters or smaller. They do not fit my bird feeder and would not have purchased them if they were described accurately. Will not buy them again.

Shelled fresh black sunflower seed

The birds outside LOVE this seed. The only thing is, if you use it, they will eat it so fast. So that means more seed to buy. That said, lots of types of wild birds

The birds outside LOVE this seed. The only thing is, if you use it, they will eat it so fast. So that means more seed to buy. That said, lots of types of wild birds come to my feeders with this (when in Maine) from types of small woodpeckers, to goldfinches, blue jays, blue birds, chickadees, nuthatches, tufted titmice, I was even surprised by turkeys one day and a fox another day. The seed seems pretty fresh, loose. Happy with.

Product delivered not as advertised

The item I ordered was clearly described (see photo) as “hearts”. What I got was bits and pieces. Looking thru the packaging there were no whole seeds as shown

The item I ordered was clearly described (see photo) as “hearts”. What I got was bits and pieces. Looking thru the packaging there were no whole seeds as shown in your catalogue graphic ( see photo). Had I known it was bits and pieces I would have ordered the Wagner product you sell. This needs to be fixed. This is not a review, it is a complaint.
