My cat has a crazily fine undercoat that defies grooming by any other brush. Not only does the Bailey Brush sweep up her excess hair, she loves the process. She crouches down and arches her back, and then turns on each side to make sure everything is combed. She even chases me and meows if I stop before she's done. She clearly looks forward to it every day, and it's helping to cut down on the fuzz everywhere.

I've tried several decent brushes in hopes of deshedding my fluffiest fluffball, but this brush is in a league of its own. No other brush I've tried (Christensen slicker, boar hair brush, comb) gets anywhere near the amount of hair off my cats. If hairball reduction and deshedding are your goals, this is the best brush I've tried by a longshot. Just as an aside, my shorter and less downy haired cats' hair doesn't stick to the brush as well as the big fuzzy fluffball's hair does, but it's not an issue at all. Just run your hand over the cat after you brush and it comes right off.

One of my cats loves being brushed with this. I think he believes he's getting a massage. It gets out the loose fur (although it doesn't seem to detangle) and is easy to clean out. The same cat also thinks it's a toy. My other cat isn't interested in it at all, so it may be hit or miss depending on your cat.

Both Cats Like it!!!

Both of my cats (6yo & 14 yo females) love this brush. Very easy to use and works great. Plus an added bonus is the brush massages the cat and they love that!

This little tool is comfortable, and my cats love it! But, I saw a review on here before I bought it saying that it didn’t get off much hair, but their cats liked the feeling. Now that I own it, I understand! It’s like a great little massage for them, and it allowed me to get them used to the idea that I’m going to touch them with a tool. It does loosen up the shed fur, and when I come through with the metal comb, it glides right out. Glad I bought this, but if you need to remove shed fur, you will most likely need an additional tool.

Not great for getting hair off

This brush is very soft and comfortable to hold and my cats definitely enjoy being brushed with it, however, it does not do a very good job of actually getting hair

This brush is very soft and comfortable to hold and my cats definitely enjoy being brushed with it, however, it does not do a very good job of actually getting hair off as I brushed both of my cats with several strokes and only got a very tiny amount of hair on the brush ( I get plenty by just petting them). So it must feel good to them but if your looking for something to get hair off as well this isn't the brush for you.

Somehow this paw shaped brush feels great and comfortable to hold while I groom my cats. The silicone material picks up a great amount of hair and because the bristles are soft, my cats enjoy being brushed. I have to be careful to not use force because they immediately get uncomfortable, almost as if I’m pulling their hair too hard. Cleaning the brush has been my favorite part, the hair basically slides out and you can rinse it with water to remove any hair from the bristles!
