My dog loves these. The size is just right as a training treat for my particular dog. I've used smaller treats but he tends to wolf them down too quickly and choke. These are soft and don't dry out after the pouch is opened. He's not a picky eater but there are treats he responds to more readily, and these are definitely the ones I go to if he's learning something new and I need his undivided attention.
My Hudson loves these...he wont eat his food anymore but if i just throw a few of these in his bowl he will pick them out. Good for treats since they are small and he constantly wants treats...Hes 14 yrs old so he gets what he wants at this stage :)
My dog LOVES these moist, soft liver treats. I have used them for training treats since he was a puppy and they are still his favorite. They don't have a thick skin like some other treats do and are easliy digested.
I love to use these as they are soft without being mushy, easy to half if you want to and easy to carry in pouch or pocket. Any of my 8 dogs will run in for a "treat" and these are all I use.
Have a German that has a sensitive stomach and a senior pug that needs everything to be soft. This is the first soft dog treat that does not get hard as a brick when you open the package. Both love them. No more buying one treat for the German and another for the Pug. Only problem I have to keep plenty on stock.
My boxer Allie will not do anything after she eats but sit in the laundry room and stare at the bag of liver treats on the shelf until I give her a few.
My mom bought these and can’t believe I will beg for them every day on our walk. I am 13 and am a very finicky eater, even with my treats. These are the perfect size for training med/large dogs and the bigger bag is awesome because mom tends to give them more frequently on our walks. My big GSD sister also loves them and I think she shows off just to earn more treats. So not fair just because she is still training and I am not; so I put my paw down and demand one every time mom gives my sister one. They are so very yummy Woof Woof Mya Moochie
I’d recommend if your dog(s) are Liver Lovers. Our dogs had never had liver flavor so they weren’t interested, but a neighbor’s dog loved them. I wouldn’t buy again for my girls, apparently they don’t like liver.
Great training/motivation treats for my dogs. I have 3 large dogs (1 @ 50# and 2 @ 75+#) and these are a great size for them. Pretty stinky, but that's probably why my pups love them. If i had smaller dogs, these would be great treats, but definitely too big to use as training treats. I suppose you could break them in half and that would be fine. Additional bonus with these treats are that I can stuff my senior dog's prescription pills in the treat.
Good training treats for any size dog. Decent ingredients and just a bit if you're having a longer trainer session .
