BioBag Waste Bags are a great alternative to regular polyethylene plastic bags because they're made from a resin derived from plants, vegetable oils and compostable polymers. They can be readily composted along with organic waste in municipal composting facilities and meet the ASTM D6400 standard specification for the labeling of plastics designed to be aerobically composted in municipal or industrial facilities. Please check www.findacomposter.com to make sure facilities are available in your community!
Clean and responsible, made from plants, vegetable oils, and compostable polymers.
Great alternative to plastic bags that are made from polyethylene. They are easily composted along with organic waste in a municipal setting.
The black color hides the contents after being used for the dirty job.
Each bag measures 8.5 x 14 inches and are 0.92 millimeters in thickness.
Manufactured in the USA with resin sourced from Italy.
Do not put bag over head/face, danger of suffocation.
These were an experimental purchase, and while they ended up not being quite big enough for what I needed, they’re still great bags. I’ll definitely still be using all of them as I search for just the right size, and now I know that this particular brand is good quality.
Perfect for scooping the poop!

I had the smaller biobags, but the large ones work even better...the litter scoop fits much better without litter spillage. And they are biodegradable! Will continue to order them.
Need better communication.

When I got the notice about the delays in shipment, I could not figure out on your website how to be sure my order was going to be sent in time for our use. So I called and it took over an hour to get an answer, then the fella on the line wasn't sure how to handle it but he did figure it out. Then two days later I checked the shipping date and it said that it was out of stock. So we bought some at the local pet store...then two days later the order was shipped. What the heck???

It says they are back to the black but I just received my order and all the bags are green.
Not as good as they used to be

I used to love these bags and the fact that they were earth-friendly. They recently changed color and texture from an opaque black to a translucent green. Anybody who regularly walks a dog understands why the black bags were preferable. I am currently looking for an alternative if Chewy could help me find one!

Nice size but ...

Nice size but keep out of Labrador reach. My lab got into the box and had them all over the yard and started eating the bags. The all natural ingredients of the bags was a bit too enticing to her plus she's a lab and wants to eat everything.
These are great!

Great size. Large enough for my great dane. Compostable.
Better than other options

Thicker & better constructed than the roll of Biobags. I know Biobags won’t compost/decompose in a landfill but at least they’re made from renewable materials & not petroleum/plastics.
Bags are huge

I use this to scoop my litter everyday. It is the only bad I can find that is truly biodegradable.
