    My big pup loves them

    By on

Our new rescue is a 100 lb pup and has some anxiety issues. He was chewing everything in sight, so I bought these bones and he loves them! They keep him busy all day and I even bring them with us when we go on vacation! For my busy pup, these are a great value!

Good bone for the right dog

    By on

This is not a bad bone, it is not designed for powerful chewers. If your pet can do damage to a Nylabone, I would pass on this option. If your pet likes to play with a bone and chew on it less aggressively, this is a good option. The shape of the bone is great for holding between the paws.

I thought at first it was too big!

    By on

Probably 6 inches long by 4 in wide at the widest point. So, I thought it would be too big for our dachshund mix. But she started working on it it's just going to last for a very long time which is great

Great Dane Puppy loves this bone

    By on

My 7 month old Great Dane loves to chew things. She has chewed up many toys, tennis balls and stuffed animals. She chewed up her bed and several blankets. We have tried to keep a selection of hard bones for her to chew, but she gets rapidly bored with them. This one she has had for several weeks, and she LOVES it still. She will carry it from her crate in the morning, and will carry it to bed with her at night. It IS about half gone. However, I am more than happy to pay the price for one of these every six weeks or so if it stops her chewing on the furniture and blankets. :)

Not for powerful chewers but a good item for my dog

    By on

Seems like these do wear down much faster than Benebones, which they seem to be similar in appearance to. But my dog is medium sized and more of a "casual" chewer so this has been perfect for her. She carries it up to bed at night haha.

    Not good for chewers

    By on

My dog destroyed this toy in about 10 minutes. I thought it would be good for her, as she's a major chewer, but didn't hold up

    By on

One of my girls turned 3 years old in May the other turned 2 in May. If my memory serves me correctly I think this is the third one I bought them. They love it.

    Bam-bone vs Benebone

    By on

I used to get my crew Benebones. I gave Bam-bones a shot because they're a bit cheaper (I found them for about 1/3 the price of a Benebone) and my dogs are power chewers. There's a good reason for the price difference. Any one of my dogs will take months to chew down a Benebone. All three of my adult dogs (45#, 50#, and 60#) chewed the same size Bam-bone down to nothing within hours. Here's a comparison. The light colored Bam-bone vs the dark colored Benebone. 4 hours vs. 8 months. The Benebones win in the cost per month comparison.

    Perfect For The Pit

    By on

My pitty is almost 9 months old and finding something he either doesn't shred or swallow is a chore. This is one of two items I purchased and so far - the chew is winning!
