When introducing new food to your bird, place a layer of Bird Street Bistro over your bird's regular food in their normal feeding dish. Your bird will pick through the Bistro and start eating it in a few days. Bird Street Bistro can be a very important part of your bird's diet along with a variety of healthy seeds, pellets, fresh fruits, and vegetables. Consult with your avian veterinarian about your bird's dietary needs. For more information please visit our blog on 7 ways to introduce healthy foods to your parrot.
In a medium saucepan, bring 2-1/4 cups (530ml) of water and 1 cup (235ml) CinnaSpice Delight to a boil. Cover with tight-fitting lid, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove the saucepan from heat, and let it sit covered for 5 minutes until completely cool.
*Note: As altitude increases and atmospheric pressure decreases, the boiling point of water decreases. To compensate for the lower boiling point of water, the cooking time must be increased.
My Caique and Conure loves it It has to be cooked on a stove top but was it was easy to do Also it will make your house smell so good
I have a couple green cheek con year‘s at all Steve want to eat his seed. I give them this stuff and they eat it like it’s no tomorrow. Much healthier and I’m so much happier.
I bought this to transition my cockatiels to a better diet but didn’t want to invest the time in chop if they were going to bother eating it. One small bag should last me a month or two...maybe a little more. It smells like cinnamon which makes it smell very festive while cooking. This one does have corn so if your birds have health or hormone issues you might want to steer clear of this flavor.
Yes I would recommend this. My parrot really seems to like this I will keep buying more.
