STENCH FROM THESE BULLY BRAIDS
I love Chewy and their staff. I prefer to write good reviews; however, this product was so smelly to the point that they smelled like rotting flesh. As a medical person, I know that smell. Bully sticks are great, but these are not. I had to take them out to the trash to get the smell out of my place. Go bully but try another brand.
Braided Bully Sticks
These must have been on the shelf a while! Smell is so rancid our dogs won’t even put them in their mouths! Very bad smell to humans as well! These were a waste of money. Only thing I’ve ordered from Chewy that isn’t usable. I won’t order them again. This product doesn’t deserve 1 star but you have to rate it something in order to submit!
My dogs love them :)
Both of my dogs love these things :) My one dog is notorious for taking chunks way too big to safely swallow and the braided design helps prevent her from doing so. This was the main reason I wanted to try these and was happy with the product :) Also helps lengthen the time it takes them to go through them which makes them worth it, at least for me!
They LOVE them
These are my first pizzles. I gave them to my pups as soon as they arrived. My pitty made very short work of his in under 2 minutes. It took my mini dachshund a while longer, but she had her gone in under an hour. All in all, I'd say this is a good product. I am definitely going to consider getting this again.
Fabulous bully sticks!
First experience with bully sticks. Have a 3 month old german shepherd who absolutely loves these. No smell comes from the bully stick at all. He will chew for hours and thoroughly enjoys these. I’ve bought many more for him. These are the best!
Digestable but smelly
I expected a longer lasting chew. Both of my fur babies are pittie mixes and in less than 10 min, these sticks were gone. And OMG they smell. Not so much after eating but while the feast was occurring, the entire living room smelled AWFUL, so fur parents be warned.
Smell is intolerable!
My dog who normally loves bully sticks, refused to eat these. Curiously I decided to smell one and the smell is AWFUL. They smell like something rotten and I do not recommend. 0/10 stars.
wish they lasted 3x longer than the single bully
These don’t have a strong odor and are consistently sized. I wish they lasted 3x longer than the single bully sticks but they do not. My pit mix can eat in under 10 minutes and it doesn’t seem to be a challenge. Not ideal bc the dog brain doesn’t even get those good chewing endorphins until 20 min in. So he is restless after and looking for something else to chew. Usually he goes for a yak chew (great) but often he is restless and would prefer destroying a toy etc and it doesn’t buy me time to do whatever I was hoping to do while he was occupied. I recently tried another brand of bully stick and was shocked that the same size chew lasts much longer. So I think these might be better for a smaller or non-super chewer dog.
Not what they used to je
I have bought these off and on for several years. But this is ridiculous. The one on the left is what they should be the other two pathetic. To order from a company like this at this price you expect quality.
chocking hazard
Don’t buy these they r cheaply made and break apart my dog almost chock on them .. I had to reach down her throat to grab it .. they are really really bad .. chewy needs to stop selling these ..
