Is this toy dishwasher safe? If not, how should it be cleaned?

Hand wash only. We recommend washing the product before use and after each use and not leaving treats stored inside our treat dispensers or treat puzzles. Their products are not intended for dishwashers or convection/microwave ovens. To clean, we recommend scrubbing with a brush under warm water using mild, nontoxic detergent and rinse thoroughly. Please make sure to inspect for wear while cleaning. Let air dry.

Complex in a good way

Lucy can't do just one thing to get the treats out. Three pieces sit in place (unattached) until she knocks them out of the way to make it easier to get other treats

Lucy can't do just one thing to get the treats out. Three pieces sit in place (unattached) until she knocks them out of the way to make it easier to get other treats. Then the pieces have to be moved in different ways: in or out, right or left, or around. When it's empty of treats, it takes practice to get them all placed. (This is the human challenge part but it gets easier).

This was advertised as 20 min of mental stimulation. It took less than 3 min for my dog Maverick to find all the treats. It was faster for him to find them than it took me to load the puzzle. Maverick is a GSP and these are smart dogs. Not sure what dogs were tested, where it took them 20 min. I bought this for him to have some mental stimulation after his neuter surgery. I thought it would help him to have some fun. He had short lived fun. Was disappointed it was so easy for him. I can't believe he figured it out so quick. Nice quality and easy to clean on the positive side.

Knoodle puzzle

Embarrassed to say I wasn’t able to set it up for them once it was pulled apart the first time. One girl jumped right in and managed to solve it and get the treats

Embarrassed to say I wasn’t able to set it up for them once it was pulled apart the first time. One girl jumped right in and managed to solve it and get the treats. The other re fused to have anything 5o do with it. Since I am not smart enough to set it up for them will return. It’s well made and very sturdy.

hard to figure out

We have a lot of puzzles and this one is a bit harder to figure out - for me. I have a more difficult time getting the treats into this one but it does take my dog
