Will this mat help to file my rabbits nails down? Will the hemp make him calm so I can brush him and trim his nails?

The Hemp Mat does not contain any CBD oil. This natural Bio Cage Mat is made of 100% hemp plant outer fiber. If your rabbit scratches around on it, it could help to keep nails trimmed.

Definitely recommend for any bun friends. Safe and fun enrichment. My buns love laying on this, and digging when it's placed in a nesting box. Would monitor closely

I am not sure this is safe

I got this for my rabbit and he attacked it. Tearing it up and eating it. But I took it away because I was thinking that possibly there might be an impaction if

I got this for my rabbit and he attacked it. Tearing it up and eating it. But I took it away because I was thinking that possibly there might be an impaction if he ate too much of it. Didn't "dig" at it as it is designed for. Just looked dangerous when I opened the package. Maybe for other species, but this was scary to me.

I own 4 gerbils and as they have a natural habit of burrowing and digging, these mats not only help aid in their enrichment, but they also give them something to actually dig and then use them as bedding. My gerbils have gone through so many of them and have had no problems with the material. I definitely recommend!

Bunnies love it but will pee on it

This has been great for a carrier liner taking them to vet visits, they love having something to chew at while they wait. The price is a bit expensive to leave out

Got this for the bunny, he loves it. Previously had alfalfa hay woven mats but he tore those up so fast it became too expensive on what turned into loose hay after

Got this for the bunny, he loves it. Previously had alfalfa hay woven mats but he tore those up so fast it became too expensive on what turned into loose hay after 1 day. Initially he started tearing this one apart too, but after some digging and throwing has found the perfect spot for this mat and he loves to lay on it. It’s held together really well. Would definitely recommend to other rabbit parents who deal with the same woven mat issues as us.
