I have the PICKIEST African Grey Parrot on this earth and he LOVES these! I'm not sure if it's the crunch he likes or the flavor, but I can tell you he throws everything he doesn't like and these NEVER went far, as a matter of fact he crunched away on these a little at a time while on the enclosed holder! I came back to order more!

My parrots just picked up the orange slice and threw it to the bottom of the cage. They had no interest in eating It. When I checked at the end of the day, it was still there and a day or two later. I would not recommend them to anyone who has parrots. They were too dried out and unappealing to my birds. They may work for someone else and their feathered friends.

This was more than a toy than a treat for my bird (a Blue Front Amazon-Jamaica). She had a ton of fun exploring all the different textures & tastes but, didn't actually eat it. More like shredded it and pulled it apart. Not a bad product. It kept her amused and entertained for quite a while but like I said....don't think she actually ate any of it. I wonder if I soaked it in a bot of water to kind of rehydrate it if she would show more eating interest. Will try that next time. BTW...if you want the product to stay fresher longer throw in in a zippy bag and stick it in the fridge.

Healthy treat for my cockatoo. It doesn't seem to be his favorite though. More of a chew toy for a minute then he throws it! He is fussy an doesn't want this treat.

I really thought they would like these but no.. Buddha and Karma don't even get near them or the yogurt dipped seeds.. I'm sure their a good product it just wasn't a good choice on my part for my Picky eaters. I figured they would like these dried oranges since they eat fresh oranges.. so I hang a few outside and the pigeons seam to love them so that's good they won't go to waste.. so I gave this product a 4.. I'm sure it's a great treat just not great for my picky birds.

All 3 of my birds loves these treats. (Young Scarlet Macaw - just celebrating her 1st birthday, Yellow Nape Amazon - 25 years old and very fussy, and my 7 year old cockatiel.) The Scarlet was apprehensive at first, but when I held it and tugged she just ate it up! The Yellow Nape also tossed it out at first, but after I put it back in her dish she decided to give it a try and didn't stop until the slice was all gone. I hung it from the side of the cage for the cockatiel, she picks and plays with it. A slice lasts a lot longer for her than my two other birds. Great treat and so glad I gave it a try for the price, well worth watching 3 birds with a new treat!
