can these also be given to small animals? my hamster LOVES candy coated sunflower seeds, but I can't find them anywhere!

These bird treat is suitable for parakeets, cockatiels, parrots, macaws and other pet birds. It is not recommended to give to other small animals.
Are the Dyes in this product safe and or healthy for the birds? where are the dyes derived from?

The coloring used in these bird treats are derived from Red #40, Yellow #5, Yellow #6, Blue #1 and Blue #2. The bright colors are stimulating to birds and makes these treats fun to eat.
