  • Great treats with a purpose.

    By on

To be honest, I don't see the results of these chews, as we cannot see inside my mare. I do know she is 16, never looked better and moves with ease as we walk, jog, trot and lope around our property. Not to mention she loves them and the dogs love them. Chewy, thanks for the complimentary bag of these treats that got us started with this product.

  • Joint treats

    By on

My horses loves them but she broke out into hives. I stopped using them as a joint supplement. I tried giving her a couple recently as a treat and she was fine.. not sure what the problem was but shes good if I only give her a few pieces. Other than that I think it's a good healthy treat for rewarding and to spoil.

  • The dog likes them too!

glad I found these healthy treats for my horse. Good size, really good value, and I like the fact that they don’t crumble easily. My horse loves them and our barn dog who is quite picky does too

  • My Horses Love It

I add these to their lunch ration and especially my older TB (who only gets a little handful of feed at lunch) will wait to eat even after his pellets are put in his bucket until I include these! He absolutely adores them. My other, much younger TB, also gets a handful at lunch but i use them for stretching exercises with him and they are pretty small so it is also teaching him to take treats "nicely". My third guy is not picky but is in heavy work and I have noticed a difference with how he moves on them. Very happy with them and the price! They last way longer than you would think.

  • Highly recommend

I’ve been giving these to my 8yr old APHA gelding who is slightly “poppy” and have noticed less noise. But I really bought these for my senior pony who tends to be kinda stiff and tends to lean on the farrier. My farrier noticed a huge difference in him and I noticed he gives the youngins a run for their money in the pasture lol

  • Joint Supplement Treats

    By on

These are great as a treat thrown into feed pans for our geldings, or "hello, how are you?" treats. Only one of my geldings is keen enough on them to use as training rewards - but half ain't bad. :) They're both still under 10, but with such delicate legs I figure the earlier the better!

  • My spoiled horse

    By on

He is used to getting carrots, apples, flax snax and peppermint treats, so these took a bit getting used to. But now he likes them and they are good for his "clicky" back end (so says my vet). The dogs like them too!

  • Older Mini Horse

    By on

I bought these for my mini horse that is almost 15 yrs old. They are little flat biscuit type treats so I put them on top of her evening meal. She eats them easily. It's too soon to say if they are working. Buckeye does make good products.

  • My Horse's Favorite Treats!

    By on

My picky horse loves Reasons treats! She won't even bother to take some other kinds of treats off my hand. I like them too because they are small. Each one is about the size of a nickel so they are great to use for training treats.
