My sister has washed her 8 year old long-haired dachshund in bath and body works products for years. He developed a few areas of irritation and I just purchased this product and it doesn't lather like a soap,but it cleaned the dander away and I think it's facilitating the healing of the irritated spots, in conjunction with the chlorohexdine spray and 3 way ointment.

I have used other typed of this same brand before and it was fine. I called about this and was supposed to get a refund and a shipping label to return the 3 uncracked bottles but it has been 2 days and nothing is in my mail? I woud like my refund please so I can order new bottles and a return label to return these. Thank you.

This product was very watery and thin. We tried squeezing it into our hands but it was so watery we had to squeeze directly onto our dog. It had almost no suds and no smell. We ended up grabbing a different bottle to finish bath day because we didn't feel this product was working well. The price was cheap and the scent in the bottle is ok but its lost as soon as you start washing. Would not buy again. May not even finish the bottle unfortunately.

Lathered really well, very smooth consistency, no stinky smells or perfumes just clean. I lathered my beagle up and massaged it in for about 5 or 6 minutes then rinsed. I used a tiny drop on a microfiber with water and wiped the cat, then used a rinsed out wet microfiber to rinse wipe. Brushed him out and he was so nice and soft. My beagle, Chubby was soft and smooth too and he stopped scratching. Macey was watching the boys and I will use it on her too. Thanks!

So the only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I had to use half the bottle to bathe my dog he is a big boy 81 lbs but because of the consistency being natural
