I started using the crystal litter for health reasons. It took my cat a day or two to use it and she still does not care for it but uses it anyway. After a couple of months, I discovered the litter needs to be changed every other week due to order control but by doing so, my cat is less hesitant to use it. It does track, there is a considerable amount of dust, and it’s pricey but more reasonable than other crystal litters.

This litter controls odor very well. We have always used micro crystals, but our cats had no qualms with this coarser texture. Tracking was minimal, no more or less than other litters I’ve used. It lasted quite a long time, 3-4 weeks in a 2-cat, 2-box household. For a higher-end litter, it’s a relatively good dollar value per pound. However, I found it to be very dusty. The larger crystals didn’t sift as easily through the scooper, so cleaning took longer. The crystals would adhere to each other in loose clods when wet, which needed to be broken up when scooping. I used an entire bag for one litter box, and by the time the crystals were saturated, they were very heavy and required some serious arm strength to scoop. The crystals are quite sharp and added significant wear and tear to our plastic litter box. All that being said, it seems a quality product, though I probably won’t buy again. Most of my qualms with it relate to the larger crystal size. Calitti produces a micro crystal version of this litter, not currently available on Chewy, but I’d be very interested in trying it!

Horrible, dusty, clumpy litter

I tried this litter as a replacement for fresh step crystals. It is awful. The dust is huge and it is hard on my kitty’s feet. Not only that, but he now has an eye infection I have to get treated. Stay away from this.

Extremely dusty!!

Oh how I love the pink color, this litter is so pretty but sadly that's about the only thing I seem to love about it. We are a 6 cat household with 7 litterboxes

Oh how I love the pink color, this litter is so pretty but sadly that's about the only thing I seem to love about it. We are a 6 cat household with 7 litterboxes. We've been using this litter about 4 weeks now. First of all the litter is super loud you can definitly hear when they are walking around in the litterbox and digging it sounds like someone crunching thru ice. There are crystals all over my house this stuff tracks like crazy and each of my litterboxes has a litter mat under it to help with this. Odor control is not great poop smell is dulled out a bit but still has a very odd smell. The crystals begin to saturate with urine leaving a very unpleasant smell. We scoop and stir the litter daily and are doing full litter changes every 2 weeks. This brings me to my biggest issue... this litter is EXTREMELY dusty. For a bag that claims to be 99% dust free this is the most dusty litter I have EVER used. So much so that when I am changing litterboxes I have to have a vent fan on or some sort of air circulation because the dust is heavy filling the entire room; I can even taste it on my lips! The dust amount and the fact the bag claims to be virtually dust free is the biggest reason we are going to stop using this litter. I did like this litter more than the Dr. Elsys crystal litter for what its worth.

My little girl does fantastic with this litter! I got a giggle out of the pink coloring, it actually matches the color of her box. Smells went away long before

I love this cat litter. It came with our metal cat tray for Pet Safe automatic litter box. We have only used it once. Salem will not go poo in the litter box after about Wendsday usually. We change on Monday. I even scooped and he still went out of the box. Last week he did not go out of the box until Monday morning. I will definitely be purchasing this. I do have to use all of my other trays first.
