I only received this product last night and fed it to my two finicky cats, both with opposite tastes and they both gobbled it up. Thank you.
Hi, my name is Icie I am a 17 yr old cat I didn't care for this.
My cats liked it , but NOT me, it is made in Thailand !
We purchased this product to feed four abused kittens who were mistreated and in jeopardy. Now these kittens are thriving and will soon be ready for furever homes. Canidae foods are nutritious. Their coats are now soft and their tiny bodies have filled out and their appetites' are what a normal kitten's should be. Night and day difference. If you are looking for a soft food that cats will eat and that is made of the best nutrients you cannot go wrong with Canidae Balanced Bowl soft cat foods.
My cat never eats new food immediately. It usually sits for at least a few hours and then he starts working on it. Not this time! He gobbled it up as soon as I set it down. No leftovers. And he’s done it 3x in a row! Unheard of. I am disappointed that I can’t get the Canidae’s Adore whitefish and tuna anymore because I loved that it was just chunks of meat and gravy but I’m pleased that my cat eats this one even more eagerly. I’ll consider that a win.
There is no accounting for cat taste. I thought for sure this would be a hit. They took a few licks and walked away. I ended up scraping the plates into the garbage. I give it 3 stars tho because I think it's good food.
I was a little worried that my finicky cat would not like it, but she loved it.
My cats won't eat this. Not sure why. Good consistency.
My cat, Magnus, loves his chicken and pumpkin balanced bowls. He begs for them every morning and every evening when I feed him, letting me know when it's time for a meal! Simple ingredients make me a fan of this food, as well. This food is NOT a pate. It is shredded chicken and small chunked pumpkin. There is a little sauce inside the can, too. Good for picky eaters and those who have a sensitive nose when it comes to smelling their cat food.
Canidae used to make a great product “Chicken and carrots” canned food. Low calorie and my super finicky cat Louise would eat it. Then they got rid of the Adore brand and now every single flavor of the new catfood has FISH in it. Even the one that is labeled “chicken and pumpkin” has these gross little pieces of tuna. My cats tried to pick around the fish and finally gave up. Thelma eats EVERYTHING and she will only eat half of this and then walks away. I am very disappointed because the old catfood was one of the only wet catfood that Louise would eat. Not all cats can have fish. Why did you (Canidae) put fish in every single flavor?!? Ugh!!
