I had been taking my cat to the vet for many years for her sanitary clip. (My cat is a bushy, heavy girl.) The vets said, although she had a good nature, it took three vet techs each time to hold and clip her. So I got the quietest hair groomer for the best price I could find on Chewy, to do it myself. With just one friend helping, and not a lot of drama, we got the job done quickly, and my cat was not reactive to the tool. Also, it feels like a quality item to handle, so I'm happy about that.

Quieter than I expected!

Blown away by how low the sound is and how little vibration there is. It makes trimming up my cats fur a far less stressful experience for both of us!

Cats are not scared of this product. Cat hates brushing.

Worked like a charm!

My 16 year old terrier hasn't been able to be groomed because he is terrified of the groomers and vet. It took me 2 days and a half bag of treats to cut his mane

My 16 year old terrier hasn't been able to be groomed because he is terrified of the groomers and vet. It took me 2 days and a half bag of treats to cut his mane. The noise didn't bother him one but, nor the vibration. I didn't even have to give him a happy pill! I wish I had gotten this clipper years ago.
