Blades were dull

I liked the small size of the rake, as my puppy is only 2.6 lbs. but the blades were dull and absolutely did not help with the painful tangles! It pulled on the

I liked the small size of the rake, as my puppy is only 2.6 lbs. but the blades were dull and absolutely did not help with the painful tangles! It pulled on the fur and his skin as if there were no blades at all. I wanted to love this, but I am disappointed and don’t recommend it.

Haven’t used itmuch

I wish I would e known this tool is made for right handed pet owners and there doesn’t seem to be a way to adapt it for left handed ones

For small cats it is a decent de-matting tool if the mats are small and not too close to the skin. Where this shines though is the removal of sand burrs and other horrible spiny things caught in fur. Simply hook it under the burr, grasp the fur below it and pull that sucker out.

Great on matted fur behind ears!

I like this Pet Republic Dematting Tool. It took no time to get rid my puppies shedded undercoat. The tool is round around the blades so there is no jabbing into

I like this Pet Republic Dematting Tool. It took no time to get rid my puppies shedded undercoat. The tool is round around the blades so there is no jabbing into the skin. It’s well made and comfortable to hold; however, one would probably need a larger tool to de-mat a larger animal.
