The software doesn't allow me to add another review to a product that I already purchased before, but I loved the fountain so much I purchased a second one for the bedroom. I'm adding this review to the replacement filters. This fountain is great. It holds a lot, and I love the window where you can easily see the water level. The filters are easy to change and the fountain is much easier to clean than many other fountains I've had. My kitty and my pup love the faucet.

Love this fountain. Avalon my cat also loves it she now has some kidney issues as she turned 15 this past August and she needs fresh water. Avalon is also getting a little arthritis and she would jump in the bathtub and drink water. It has become harder for her to do so because of her arthritis. This fountain is great it has double filteration it is easy to put together and easy to clean and the replacement filters are inexpensive. I was worried she wasn't going to use it because she has been drinking out of the bathtub for most of her life but she immediately began using it and the little tube that the water comes out is a terrific touch as it is similar to the bathtub and I believe that is why she immediately began using it and I no longer have to go turn the faucet in the tub on and off and that is in itself well worth it. If you're on the fence about getting one pull the trigger and you will not be disappointed.

I replaced my cat’s plastic water fountain to this healthier stainless steel fountain. I had to put a small bowl under the “faucet” for a few days before he figured out this was his new water fountain. Thankfully he realized it was his water and I could remove the extra bowl. The lifetime warranty is an extra win!

My cat will usually try the fountains for a few days then stop drinking from them, opting instead to make her servant turn on every tap in the house to satisfy her

My cat will usually try the fountains for a few days then stop drinking from them, opting instead to make her servant turn on every tap in the house to satisfy her water needs. I've had this fountain for a week or so and she is still going to it, several times a day. I call that a huge win with my finicky 17 year old. I think it is the delivery system she likes so much but can't be sure. ;)
