Does this product have any sodium added? My cat cannot consume sodium due to kidney related concerns.

Some Of My Cats Like These, My Dog Really Loves Them

I have been looking for low-carb foods and treats for my cats since one of my cats was told recently that his glucose was higher than normal. I decided to try these

I have been looking for low-carb foods and treats for my cats since one of my cats was told recently that his glucose was higher than normal. I decided to try these. Some of my cats like them and some do not. They are an excellent treat for an elderly cat who doesn't have any teeth or has trouble chewing hard foods. My 17 1/2 year old, who doesn't have many teeth, is able to eat these without any issues. My dog tried some and he really loves them. He runs around looking for more and he is extremely picky when it comes to food and treats, so I was very surprised by this. These flakes remind me of larger fish food flakes and have a very smokey smell - they smell more like smoke than fish. I think if the smell was fishier than smokey then all of my cats would like them, but I think the smoked smell puts some of them off. I would recommend trying these to see if your dogs and/or cats like them as this is a healthier option than something like Party Mix or Milkbones.

When I opened the box the tuna flake packages were under the cat food cans! These flakes are delicate and need to be bubble wrapped so the flakes don't get smashed.

Before it had always looked coarse and dry. He is extremely picky but will eat his treat of this with his food twice a day. My elderly frail dog looks the same but she does love it!
