So happy!
Bought 2 of these in different sizes for my dogs, and I'm SO happy I chose this one! Lightweight but really well made, with sturdy, high quality hardware. The reflective material in the straps is super bright. Figuring out how to adjust it's various straps took a minute, but they're easily adjusted after that. Sizing chart is accurate, but make sure you actually measure your dog, don't just estimate or guess.
Great harness
We really like the harness and our little girl seems to like it too. It would have been 5 stars but the large harness did not fit (barely) and we needed the extra large. I do remember looking for a sizing chart before our order, because I knew she was close. I could not find any. I even called. Seems like such a simple fix.
Perfect for outdoors.
Absolutely love this harness! My pup works on a farm with me and goes through so many harnesses so it’s hard to find one that lasts! The orange is very reflective along with the straps which is helpful for the farm life! This is a size large and adjusted small but fits perfectly.
Size deception
I bought a medium for my medium size pitbull and he actually needed a large.. however the process of getting a refund was painless and the reorder was perfect. I love the face that the first harness I can actually donate to a shelter.
this has changed slightly but still awesome
I looked at a ridiculous amount of designs before I decided to get 2 of these harnesses a couple years ago for my Great Pyrenees and my Pyrenees Lab mix. They've worked so well for us and held up so wonderfully that I bought 2 more for our new fluff monsters last month. Fortune has smiled on my little family in that the one for the Lab mix has the handle sewn more forward towards the center of the back panel. When he sees a "squirrel" I can hold his 98lbs with a good balance of pressure distributed between his chest and rib cage. The pups are 10 months and growing into their harnesses well, which easily adjust with them. The few times I've had to hold either of them, the handle didn't feel as balanced but I still love all the features, the color selection, and the ruggedness of these harnesses.
Great harness
I was having trouble finding the perfect harness for my French Bulldog puppy. This one has worked out great. Very nicely made, sturdy with adjustable straps that will allow harness to grow with my pup. Bright reflective colors.
Chai's Choice Premium dog harness
I know I have needed a harness for a long time but never knew exactly what I needed but like always Chewy was there for me. We picked out the best one for me and the perfect color. I'll add photos to an email later, you all know how excited our babies get when we put on their harness and it's raining.
Just ok, works but not great
This harness looks much more padded in the picture than it really is. The good thing is that it does adjust easily and goes on easily. I have a dog that pulls so I always look for the front clip harnesses that this one does have, but the problem is that the harness rolls too much to the side and rubs under his front legs. It works in a pinch for short walks, but we typically walk over 8 miles a day. I am open to trying any style that works. I like that it does have fairly heavy metal clips, but the sewn nylon tab holding it will eventually tear.
Used Harness
I ordered this harness and I received a used one that is ripped and covered with another dog's hair. Never will I order anything from this place again.
New Favorite
Easy to clip on without needing our pup to put his paws through, but comfortable enough for him to wear all day. Durable for tough outdoor treks without limiting mobility. He loves this harness and so do we!
