We usually offer two bowls with two different foods in them that the cats can graze whenever they want. They will only eat this food when the other bowl is completely empty. I noticed it looks and smells almost identical to one of their other foods that they do like, so I thought that was odd. Perhaps this is a cheaper version of that same food under a different brand?

I bought this and stupidly didn’t check the ingredients. I have a couple of cats that don’t do well with chicken kibble as it gives them stomach/bowel issues. It’s a common ingredient and my fault for not checking first, but I do dislike when salmon food is actually just salmon flavored and not made from salmon meat.

All 4 cats seem to like it very well. I'm trying to accommodate one of my four cats that is having an immune response to an unknown protein. I've been feeding a pea and venison formula from another brand but it was out of stock at my last order so I ordered this instead. So far it's a huge hit. I didn't realize how much the cats were not a fan of the other brand/flavor. I'm going to have to watch their weight and consumption as the food bowls are suddenly now always almost empty.

I know this is an excellent brand that I got for my previous cat - she loved the chicken. Got the salmon legumes on a recommendation for my current 2 cats with IBS/allergy to chicken, but they won't eat it. So 4 stars just for that. I'd rate the chicken as 5 stars, plus creates a shiny coat and greatly reduces hair balls for cats not allergic to chicken.

This food really appeals to my cat. It is listed as 4.5% fiber, but it acts higher, so I give it to her as a treat and mix small amounts with her wet food, rather than leaving it out in her dry food bowl. This definitely keeps her regular. She eats a variety of wet foods (4 small meals a day), and has access to two different formulas of sensitive skin and stomach dry foods (in separate bowls). Her coat looks beautiful. She eats, plays, and sleeps well. She drinks fresh water regularly. This is the only grain-free food that doesn't make her constipated; and she loves the smell and taste. I like the quality of ingredients.
