Looks great, but caused impressive digestive upset in all four cats

I love sunflower seeds and sunflower oil, but it doesn't love me back. In fact, it hates me so much that it will attempt to forcefully leave my body after a few hours. Apparently it has the same attitude towards my cats. Three of them loved this food and begged for more. Things were more or less fine the first day (mild stomach upset, but not out of line for a new food). Those three all had gurgling, explosive "outputs" that got tracked through the house on the second day of getting this food, specifically the salmon version. After a day of getting other food things have largely gone back to normal. The issue may not have been the sunflower seed oil, but that is the one unique ingredient that isn't present in any of the other food I give them. I'm sad, the good looked and smelled great, and was at a competitive price point, but I'm going to avoid it for now.

the product seem tasty to Suacy - she threwup often

Also, the cans show the cheap and disappointing aspect to this product in the salmon in broth & mackerel/tuna in broth. I have can toppers that have fit all the cat food cans over 30 years ...but this "New" Landmark addition to you own Journey Brand shame on you. The landmark "can" cannot fit cat food can topper. I scrolled down to the "American Journey Senior Pate Chicken & Beef" what is this about? I didn't order it

No chicken in this item

Potential chicken allergy - most can cat food, no matter the protein listed on the label, has chicken in it. He loves chicken, but it doesn't seem to love him. Fish

Potential chicken allergy - most can cat food, no matter the protein listed on the label, has chicken in it. He loves chicken, but it doesn't seem to love him. Fish is not really a good alternative, as it can lead to thyroid issues (his sister had radioIodine treatment at age SIX!) Since this is only occasional food, while testing the allergy theory, less concern for now.
