What's the point of the holes?

Balls made for dogs must have at least two holes in them to prevent dangerous suction from building up within the toy as the dog chews on it.

The only thing to stand up to heavy chewing

I have a 20lb dachshund who seems to chew through everything instantly. Even if it’s marketed for heavy chewers or big dogs, he will chew through it in 15 minutes

I have a 20lb dachshund who seems to chew through everything instantly. Even if it’s marketed for heavy chewers or big dogs, he will chew through it in 15 minutes and eat whatever it is. Not these balls. I don’t know what it is about them but he can gnaw on these for months and they hold up. I usually have to replace one every 6-8 months which is fantastic for him. He’s also obsessed with these. He can’t go anywhere without them. They are a staple in our house

Don't buy these! Dangerous

My dog chewed these up in large chunks in the space of 30 minutes. Not like the other ones I have purchased over the last year. Ishkee, thankfully, threw the parts

My dog chewed these up in large chunks in the space of 30 minutes. Not like the other ones I have purchased over the last year. Ishkee, thankfully, threw the parts she swallowed up and avoided a very sick dog or dead dog. Chewy should stick to the tennis style chuck its or the two color balls, they seem to withstand any amount of chewing, but not these one color ones.

These new balls are supposed to fit my Chuckit! Classic Ball Launcher that I've used for quite a while with my older, large brand balls. The old ones fit perfectly, while these new ones are too loose fitting to be able to pick them up off the ground with the launcher and fall out before you can toss them.

My boy who is an aggressive chewer really loves this ball. He chews on it and plays with it all day long, and it’s held up very well. We use it to play fetch outside

Perfect size for smaller dogs

We have two Boston Terriers and regular size tennis balls can be difficult for them to catch. The smaller size is perfect. Also, we play fetch almost every night
