seems to be helping adopted kitties settle in

    By on

2 year old brother-sister Siamese cats were getting used to my home pretty well, but we were having some aggression toward each other. This may just be part of their relationship, we don't know as they were from shelter. Comfort zone in sleeping area and usual area they are in during the day seems to have reduced the aggression (not eliminated) and they are more cuddly with their new humans.

Made cats more aggressive, but chewy customer service still rocks

    By on

It didn't work for my girls and honestly made the situation a lot more volatile. Since taking them down, the biting has stopped and growling is at a minimum with LOTS more grooming. I think they were all relieved the pheromones were gone.

    Great supplement

    By on

I was skeptical reading these reviews, but it works great. If you use this in addition to following proper guidelines to introducing two cats you will find great success. This is not a one time buy solution. My older female cat still growls and hisses at the young male kitten when he’s too close or runs at her, but the aggression is far less and tolerable. I live in a two bedroom apartment with my girl friend and we are now working from home. It’s been two weeks and we’ve seen a significant improvement starting at day 2. Again, this does not work by its self. You need to be active in the training and integration of the cats as well.

    War and fear issues

    By on

Got this to try helping my kitties after moving to a new home. Had been here over a month when giving this a try...and it made things worse. I had once cat decided to start spraying, and she had never before. And the other two were scared to come out of the bedroom. After unplugging, within a couple days things calmed back down to normal. Could have been just a problem with my kitties.

    product leaks and was inaffective

    By on

This is my second time trying these diffusers for my 3 cats. After a couple weeks, one was leaking, and another was smoking! Did not notice any change in cat's behavior, either.

    Works well, but....

    By on

I want to really love this product, but 3 of the 6 diffusers I purchased are emitting a burning smell, which renders them useless. That’s not good since I spent a lot of money altogether. When they all worked it was great. I have 6 cats and need this to work. Is there a way I can get a refund for one of the starter boxes I purchased? Or maybe tell me how the burning smell can be fixed?

    Doesn’t work

    By on

I got this product along with the calming collars for my three older cats, because I adopted 3 kittens that are two months old. Long story short my Maine Coon still sprays. My savannah is still afraid of the kittens and hisses. If anything I think it mad the cats more anxious. The calming collar that I got also made my savannah bald all the way around his neck where the collar was. I guess I learned my lesson though, not to calm cats down with products.

    helpful with multiple cats

    By on

I've used the spray before when taking the cats in carriers/moving etc. which has always been beneficial. I've recently adopted a cat that is very afraid of people and has been marking the house pretty bad. I've had this plugged in for about 4 hours and there is already a difference in his behavior. I didn't think it would be so effective so quickly or dramatically. I did see that some had problems with it leaking, I don't have problems with that. There was some extra liquid that was on my hands when I removed the lids, but nothing unexpected. I'm hoping this will also be as effective in eliminating or drastically reducing the marking. Great product!
