About Comfort Zone Cat Calming Diffuser

Curb Stress in Your Cat

Just like people, cats behave differently when stressed. Comfort Zone products help relax your cat to curb stress-related, disruptive behavior so your cat can feel and behave her best.

24/7 Behavioral Support

Place one Comfort Zone Calming Diffuser in each of your cat’s favorite rooms for a happier, calmer cat.

Promotes Positive Behavior

The trusted, drug-free mist in the Comfort Zone Calming Diffuser helps reduce stress and promote positive behavior in your cat. Use it to help your cat adapt to life changes like a new baby, new pet, house guests, routine shifts and more.

How it Works

The Comfort Zone calming mist dispensed by the diffuser contains pheromones that mimic a cat’s natural feline facial pheromones (FFP). These are the same pheromones your cat would leave behind when head bunting you or rubbing her face on the furniture, and they signal to your cat that a place or object is safe and familiar. Using the diffuser can help make new objects or places feel more comfortable—just like one big kitty face rub spread across the entire room!

How to Use

Always use the diffuser properly and with the vents facing up. Leave four feet of space around the diffuser and avoid plugging it under shelves, behind furniture or near vents and windows for best results. Replace the refill approximately every 30 days or earlier if you notice it is empty.

Vet Recommended

Provides behavioral support for cats 10 months and older when used as directed.

Improved Behavior

The diffuser helps reduce stress and promote positive behaviors, with noticeable improvement in as little as two weeks.

Pheromone Technology

Comfort Zone makes a full line of pheromone products to help your cat feel better.

Promotes Relaxation

The calming mist signals a feeling a safety to your cat, lowering stress levels and promoting relaxation.

They make a wide range of products designed to promote positive behaviors and lower stress in cats. Their drug-free calming solutions can be used in and around the home or on the go. Was skeptical but, now a believer.

Genuinely didn’t think this would help to calm by anxious cat after bringing a puppy into the home. Two weeks later and he’s a much more relaxed cat. We tried everything

Tried instead of "name brand" , the smell of the burning plastic kinda subsided after few days, plugged 2nd one in the bedroom he hangs out and I thought something caught fire- the smell was so bad, burning plastic ,the cat wouldn't go in that room all day after it was unplugged and window open! Needless to say we are back to the name brand without any issues !

All of the almost $200.00 worth of items came in under 24 hours. Wow! Everything was packed well. I changed from one type of cat pheromones to another brand with catnip added because our younger cat is overly aggressive with a 15 year old cat we took in last year. Lilah had been moving from home to home in the past year (previously stable for 14 years) and we wanted to give her a stable retirement home. This new pheromone spray along with the outlet oils is helping to calm Spotzie. Oh, about the calming chews, both types seem to work some too. She likes these treats. She acted like we were trying to poison her with the ones we bought from a local big box store. I think it's the combination of all of the products together. We give Lilah, 15, regular treats. PS: Lilah takes some picking for a few days from Spotzie then she sets Spotzie straight with a few well placed claws, as only an older wiser cat can do.) Thank you for making quality items for our furry family members.

Comfort Zone Calming Kit Pheromone Diffuser May Not Work With all Cats

My 2 neutered male indoor cats are bonded brothers and have always gotten along since they were kittens. My veterinarian recommended trying the pheromone because my one cat is skittish and can be easily frightened by noise. He felt that this might help calm him down. I plugged one diffuser in the den and another one in the bedroom where the cats spend most of their time. I noticed within a week of plugging in the diffusers, that the one cat suddenly was easily agitated and confrontational with the other cat. He kept trying to fight with his brother, which they had never done. I unplugged the diffusers, put them away and within 24 hour the cats were back to normal and playing with each other. The pheromone must cause some cats to have an adverse reaction.

We have 6 adopted ferals and 5 of them are fixed, and cause no issues. And then there's our ninja, Shadow who isn't fixed. Very strong and wiley that one. He gets along with everyone. But he likes to spray and mark territory in the house. This product changed all that almost overnight. I would have given it 5 stars except we noticed that when the neighborhood "tom" is on the prowl, if Shadow catches his scent through open windows, then he just has to spray something.

Works Good

This works out pretty good. Slowly, it had helped my cats tussle less & less.

Disappointed

I got this with the hopes it would help keep my cats from spraying/urinating around the house. It did not make any difference. (All my cats are neutered/spayed)

It seems to be working

I've tried Feliway many times over the years for cats spraying/peeing and I've never seen a difference. In desperation with a new cat (again) we decided to try this brand and it made a very noticeable change in the 8 month old kitten and 14 year old grumpypants. Cats were more chill, no spraying (so far!) and it's been two weeks. We've also changed litter and made a few other changes so I can't say it's been the only thing, but it seems to be helpful. We will reorder. Not sure if this was just a coincidence, but the kitten was sick and vomiting the first two days after starting the diffusers. I saw other people's cats experienced nausea. It went away.
