I believe they are finally helping him!

He is taking a 1/2 tab 3x a day as instructed and hide it in some food. It took awhile quite a while for me to see improvement but between this, New Zealand honey

He is taking a 1/2 tab 3x a day as instructed and hide it in some food. It took awhile quite a while for me to see improvement but between this, New Zealand honey and some slippery elm I believe he is on the mend. Coughing a lot less and, in fact, howls to come into my room at night which he hasn't done in weeks and weeks. His appetite remains good too.

Customer service was great

Although the cough tablets did not work and I had to resort to his steroids, I thought that the communication from customer service was great in helping me to navigate

Although the cough tablets did not work and I had to resort to his steroids, I thought that the communication from customer service was great in helping me to navigate the whole prescription process. Cooper has a collapsed trachea and is older. I just wanted to try all I could before putting him back on these steroids.

No more coughing1

These do nothing

All these do is make your dog cough more. Chat gpt put it best.. "Guaifenesin is a very mild expectorant. It stimulates the urge to cough without thinning the mucus

All these do is make your dog cough more. Chat gpt put it best.. "Guaifenesin is a very mild expectorant. It stimulates the urge to cough without thinning the mucus enough. So your dog is coughing harder, but nothing is coming up. The repeated, unproductive coughing irritates & inflames the trachea, which makes the whole cycle worse". Vets will prescribe these because they're the oldest cough pill for dogs & the safest to try, but they don't do anything! Don't waste your money.

When I called about it, I was told more than once that order would be re-delivered. I waited and waited because Charlie needed the medicine. Finally, I talked directly to a pharmacist, and he resent the order. I've cancelled my automatic order and don't know if I will be doing business with you in the future.

bad smell
