Birds love this!

The birds love this and the squirrels seem to leave it alone . . . so it's a win/win.

Only brand that I buy!

Yes I have purchased other brands from assorted places but the quality is consistent and the birds appear to enjoy.

Healthy and Hearty For Birds

this holds them over until I can refill the birdfeeder with seed. I enjoy locking out the door watching them hang from the suit cage eating it. I didn't think to

Only eaten and finished off as a last resort

I had such great success with the orange flavor variety from this brand that I thought the apple one would be a hit as well. That was not the case. I noticed that

I had such great success with the orange flavor variety from this brand that I thought the apple one would be a hit as well. That was not the case. I noticed that the birds that frequent my yard only ate this suet in great amounts if I had nothing else put out in the feeders but even then it was slow going and took awhile to finish off. I know birds eat apples in the wild so it did baffle me why they didn't take to this suet. I will stick with the orange and other flavors from this company for my suet needs. I have to keep the birds happy right?

My opinion is to give it a try.

Wasn't sure if the birds that visit my backyard feeder would enjoy this mix. Going to give it a try.

No one out there wants this.

There are no takers for this suet cake, at least not now. A few nibbles and that's it. Maybe their winter preferences will be different.

ingredients look great, but birds won't eat

It has been almost 2 weeks since I put this suet in a double suet feeder and not one bird tried to eat it. I wonder if this suet is stale. The only way I can get any birds or even squirrels to eat this is by using a fork to break it up into small pieces on a ground platform.
